The ONTARIO ASSOCIATION OF CEMETERY & FUNERAL PROFESSIONALS (OACFP) is a non-profit provincial death-care association founded in 1913.  The Association is dedicated to promoting a high  standard of service to the public and the professional operation of cemeteries, crematoria, funeral homes, and other related bereavement services.

Draft Amended Regulations associated with the Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act.

The Ministry of Government Services recently released the draft amended Regulations associated with the Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act, 2002 to industry stakeholders. The new Act combines and modernizes the two existing Acts – The Cemeteries Act (revised) and the Funeral Directors and Establishments Act.
